About our products

All of our products are 3D printed using PLA, which is a biodegradable thermoplastic derived from renewable resources like cornstarch or sugarcane. PLA is generally considered food safe.

We make sure that all of our products are made strong so they can be used over and over again. 

When using our pottery tools it is often a good idea to dust your clay or fondant with cornflour or icing sugar (depending on your use) to prevent sticking.

Our products do not like hot temperatures, so make sure you store them in a cool dry place away from heat or direct sunlight. All products can be handwashed in cool or luke warm soapy water using a soft brush to get in any corners if needed. Never put them in the dishwasher or microwave!

The size of our products is measured at the longest point. We try to make them as close as possible to the advertised size, but sometimes there may be slight variances. 

Occasionally there may be a wispy string of PLA left behind on the product from the printing process - just pull or snip it off!

We make our products on an order basis, so once you place your order we try our best to get your product made, and sent to you, as soon as possible.
