Refund policy

We do our very best to make high quality products, but on the rare event that an item is faulty or damaged please email us at lavetadesign@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item, so we can arrange a replacement.

We are not obliged to offer refunds for change of mind.

We make sure orders are dispatched as soon as possible but unfortunately sometimes there are unexpected delays with the courier which are out of our control. If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do what we can to get it to you in time.
